From its initial entry into the global top 1% at 475th place in May 2024, it has surged to 372nd place—a remarkable 103-position improvement worldwide. Ranking 19th among business schools in China's 985 universities (up one position from 2024), this progress reflects widespread international recognition of the School's comprehensive strength in research quality, high-level publications, and academic influence, underscoring its growing international competitiveness.

In top-tier international journal publications, the latest UTD Top 100 Business School Research Rankings by the University of Texas at Dallas (2021-2025) place SEBA 35th among China's top 100 business schools (including Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan), climbing two spots from 2024, and 16th among 985 universities, rising one position from the previous year.
