On 19 December,2013,the delegation of Canada University of Alberta including Prof Joseph Doucet,the dean School of Business,Dr Edy Wong,the vice dean of School of Business and Dr Liao Zhong,specialist in Education of Consulate of Canada in Chongqing paid a visit to our school. Prof Shu Lichun, deputy party secretary of Chongqing University,Prof Liu Xing,dean of SEBA,Prof Yan Jun,party secretary of SEBA,other SEBA management team members, leaders from International cooperation and exchange office of Chongqing University, Associate professor He Xiaozhou, faculty of department of Marketing ,SEBA and Prof Luo Bin, faculty of department of Management warmly welcomed the delegation in Conference Room 810 of SEBA and had an in-depth discussion.At the beginning,Shu Lichun,party secretary of Chongqing University made a brief introduction of Chongqing University. Liu Xing,dean of SEBA introduced current status of talent cultivation and international cooperation and exchange and expressed the willingness of cooperate with Alberta school of business. Then,Joseph Doucet,dean of Alberta school of Business introduced basic status of Alberta School of Business.Edy Wong,the vice dean of Alberta school of business introduced the cooperation programs both sides interested in.Both sides agreed to promote programs of student exchange,executive development,and faculty exchange.Dr Edy Wong indicated to visit SEBA in February,2014 to discuss details of the programs.Alberta School of business is one of the well-known business schools in Canada and North America,with prominent features in fields of international business, natural resources and energy management and public administration.
